The Lord Clan was founded in 2003 on a Freelancer server, and the clan has maintained a presence in the game ever since. Currently the largest contingent plays on 24/7 Freelancer Universe, a server created by a former Lord Clan member. The Lord Clan follows a Navy/Police role play in Freelancer, providing escort free of charge to traders, and hunting pirates.
